My SVSU Semester is done!!!

(and only three more to go!!!)

Last week was finals @ SVSU. I actually did not have to take a final exam in either of my classes. But I did have projects and/or papers due.

I was in an Entrepreneur class and a marketing management class. Both classes were kind of fun. In Entrepreneurship, I was on a team with a Chinese student and a Taiwanese student. They turned out to be good teammates. We had to write a full business plan. We decided to start a chain of traditional chinese tea houses (as you can imagine...not my idea!) - But it turned out to be a good business plan!

In my marketing management class, we spent the entire sememster doing a simulation called markstrat. It was fun! It was a contest between the 40 people in my class. We had to launch different brands to compete in different market segments. My team ended up in 1st place (as based on our stock price index...)

Fun times! I am glad the semester is over and the holidays are finally here!

Classes

I am officially done with classes for the Spring semester...I am so freakin excited! For the past 6 weeks, I have been taking both a monday and tuesday night class...

I only have 8 more classes to take (so on the larrybliss schedule...that is 2 more years!!!)

I think I am only going to take 2 classes per semester for the rest of my program - I really need to be concentrating on work...not school!

So what if it takes me 5 years to get my MBA!!!

SVSU

So another semester has come and gone...I took Macroeconmics and Managerial accounting this past semester. I really thought I would do very poorly in Econ - but I ended up getting a B+. (I think the professor really gave me a better grade than I deserve...)

My accounting class was fun and I really hope I got an A in it. The professor has not posted the grades yet but I think I did well.

I have the next week off from class and then the Spring term starts. I am taking two classes this summer. Hopefully I will graduate in the next year!

We have been so busy the past few weeks - our house is still a mess. I was really counting on April being an easy month for me. I guess I have to look forward to May being a little slower (but I can't really see that happening!)

March 2007

March has come and gone! I was looking back in my blog this month and noticed that I had only posted once in the entire month...

It has been very busy. At work- we are launching a new product which is requiring me to work crazy hours inside the home depot...

My classes are a bitch...it seems like I am spending most of my freetime in Curtis Hall @ SVSU.

I have not really seen ryan much the past month, he seems to be busy as well.

I am looking forward to April, lets hope I have time to live my life!

Classes Start in 2 Weeks!!!

This summer just flew by! I am only taking one class this semester - LAW 508. It will be weird to only take one class - for the past 2 semesters I have taken 3 or 4 clases. So this semester should be EASY!

It is going to be weird going to SVSU without Ry being there...oh well...he is happier now!!!

I hate exams....

I knew going back to school was going to be tough....

But these exams are KILLING me!!!
