House...
As you all know, Ry and I have been house searching for the past 5 weeks...
We made an offer today and it looks like we will be moving!!!! (as long as the inspection goes well!)
It is a cute 4 bedroom ranch at the end of a cul-de-sac in a newer subdivision. The house was built in 1995 so there is really no need for updating. It has beautiful stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. The main living area (kitchen, dining, and living - has a taller cathedral ceiling. There is a nice deck off of the dining room that overlooks a nice wooded area (that I think we will own...) Since it is at the end of the block, there is more privacy.
I am so excited and I hope all goes as planned! I will keep you updated as closing becomes closer.

Congratulations! How exciting!
We are going to take pictures of the way the current owners decorated...the house looks so well done that we should try to copy it! (Our realtor thinks the house was professionally "stage" for buyers)
We have our inspection on Wednesday morning...so hopefully it all goes great from there!
